Hard to Believe, but True!

         In just a matter of a few weeks, my "baby" has turned 21, my oldest will be 25 and we will become grandparents for the first time!!! Isn't it all wonderful(and emotional!)!?? We are so proud of both of our boys, errr I mean "young men"! They love the Lord, are kind, have super fun sense of humor (at my expense, but I can take it!) they love each other. Joel is so good to his wife & works so hard to insure that they have all that they need & provide for the baby! Alec is working hard in school, tutors students & works in the college library! Wow...wow,wow,wow!!!

         I am just so full of joy & overwhelmed with thanksgiving that these 2 young men, whom we sat with when they were sick, drove to youth events,  listening to broken hearts, wiped noses, wrapped presents for, kissed owies, prayed for and over, laughed and cried with, and endless other things, have now grown up into such fine men!!

        It reminds me of the faithfulness of God. We were far from perfect parents...and I mean far! And even in that His grace covered all our bad parenting, and so much more!!! It's so hard to believe we are even old enough to be waiting on our first Grandbaby, but here we are!!!!
