Been Far to Long!

Remember the blog that I mentioned that the secret to having a successful blog was to blog often!! Well goodness I am just not bound to succeed even in this!

so much has happened since I last blogged that I will just sum up, and then move on!
we have unofficially opened a boarding house, Tom is back to part time at the church & currently working on subbing as a bus driver, Joel & Christin have been married 6 mo., Sherryl is living here and I think I am just going to hire her to run my household as she is waaaaay more efficient than I even thought about being, we are going back to London!

Ok so that last little entry has you curious doesn't it! Well be curious no more! Tom and I are going to join a team from The Village Chapel to go to London, in April, to serve with a fairly new church. It's called Calvary Chapel Shoreline London. It is Camden. We are not sure just what we will be doing, but are looking forword to serving along side the team that is all ready there.


               I have to be honest and say, both Tom and I have missed London since we have come home from our short visit this past summer. Is it simply the "romance" of it, or does God have something for us? Did He put this in both our hearts? Or did we just have such fun that we cannot get it out of our heads?? We both have felt it has gotten 'under our skin" so to speak. Now I realize it is one of the most expensive places in the world to live.....worse than the Central Coast to be sure. I also know the weather is foggy....and cold (much like the Central Coast!) But if God has a plan for us that includes London whether long term, or just this short term mission then we want to see what it is, we are excited for this trip, excited to spend time with some people from our church, excited to see what God has for us all!

Now to raise money for our trip & shop for a warm,waterproof,not to bulky,cute, jacket!!!
