Several months ago, my oldest son was married...and I have to say I just wasn't ready!! While I love & am so thankful for the beautiful woman he married, it was just one of those moments in life that seemed to just happen so quick!! He was ready, she was ready, and I have been so blessed to watch them as a married couple! Nothing makes a parent prouder than to see your child treat their spouse with care and respect! Their personalities compliment each other so well! It has just been a joy to watch!

Now fast forward 8months......yesterday they announced to us that they are expecting!!!! This means...Grandparent.......WOOP!!!
I am READY!!!!!
So how is it that I wasn't ready to have my son get married, but on a dime...quick as you can blink....I am ready to be a grandma!!!???? Crazy isn't it!?

It's just the beginning of the power these wee ones can have on our hearts. Mike and I have two GRANDbabies and ... well, I don't even know how to describe the love~ Enjoy ... and just know that it is normal to dream in the toy and kid's section of every store :)
