Home again..Home Again Jiggity Jig!

I was looking at my last post and found it funny I thought I would blog out those last few days before the wedding!! Ha! I can hardly recall them now!

It has been a great couple of weeks! The wedding was beautiful! A beautiful testimony of God's grace! Christin was lovely & Joel was handsome as ever! Things seemed to smoothly and for the most part everyone was pleased! More than anything I was so happy to have spent time with my dad! He is 83 and drove himself here(alone) for the wedding! We had a few meals together with him and just enjoyed his visit! I love you daddy!! I can never tell you how much it meant to me for you to be here! Still sorry for the table hiccup....thanks for your grace and understanding, it went a long way!! xo

Right after the wedding Tom and I had to rush home and begin packing our bags for a week long camp with Jr. Highers (300 to be exact!) so to say my mind was in a million places is a serious understatement....! But we managed to pack, only forgot a couple things, and got off on time on Sunday morning! (also my birthday! We like to cram everything in at once!!) Anyway the week at camp was fun with the kids, it is a beautiful camp in Green Valley Ca, got to just do a lot of hanging out with our Jr.Highers. I also did a lot of thinking.....had a lot on my mind. After all my son did just get married, and there are other things too, but don't want my blog to be a whiney place, suffice it to say I wish there was more grace, that's all, just more grace, or at least be honest with me so things can be restored!

Anywho...I haven't had a chance to visit any "junk" shops or estate sales......and I am for sure in the mood to find some hidden treasure, or trinket!! But it just hasn't been in the cards! Hoping to recover from a wedding, camp & a cold...then perhaps I can look at stealing my best friend away for a couple days of treasure hunting and smooching!!!
K~
